Cancellation policy

We require a 50% deposit of your order total when it is placed. This is to hold your order in our queue, and purchase the materials required for its production. We understand that you’re making a large financial commitment (and one of trust in Tomfoolery), so we offer refunds on cancellations during this period. 

We’ll contact you as we get close to production, when the remaining 50% balance will be due. After production starts, it’s difficult-to-impossible for us to alter or cancel your order, so please make sure you’ve read and understand our Refund policies, as we hope to ensure full alignment and no misunderstandings.

We accept cash, check, credit card, ACH or wire transfers, gold bullion, and just about any other form of payment known to man (except crypto, our owner is a luddite and doesn’t really understand it).
